Adeola Ivana Oshinubi

Adeola Ivana Oshinubi is the CEO of Dee Dazzle Consultants, LLC. She previously served as Certified Vocational Counselor with Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency under Georgia’s Department of Public Health in the United States. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and National Certified Counselor.

Ms. Oshinubi is an accomplished business professional with 10+ years of experience delivering results across a myriad of industries. She began her career as in-house counsel with a privately-owned company in the United States from 2009 to 2016, where she was responsible for employee training, policy development, compliance, and other administrative functions. In 2016, joined Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) where she consulted and developed vocational plans for clients, provided in-house supervision for interns and counselor assistants, and developed best practices for local offices. While with GVRA, Ms. Oshinubi was a community liaison, presenting GVRA services to many community partners such as Emory University Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, Davita Dialysis Centers, Goodwill of Georgia, and the Frazer Center to name a few. Adeola served on the Dekalb County Coalition Board from 2016-2018, where she joined forces with other leaders in Dekalb County to develop programs and resources targeting the residences of Dekalb County from Board of Education, GVRA, to Parks and Recreations. Ms. Oshinubi served the state of Georgia as a Certified Vocational Counselor until late 2018.

Adeola Oshinubi received a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree, from Armstrong Atlantic State University, Savannah, GA, Master of Health Science, (Clinical Rehabilitation Sciences) from Louisiana State University (Health Science Center), New Orleans, LA and is currently a candidate for Doctor of Public Health (Public Leadership) at Georgia Southern University, Statesboro, GA. Ms. Oshinubi is a member of American Counseling Association, American Rehabilitation Counseling Association, International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, National Association of Case Management, American Public Health Association, and African Christian Fellowship USA. In her throng of endeavors, Adeola illustrates stupendous leadership, collaboration and organizational skills. She has mastered the art of balancing extracurricular activities, career, and scholastic responsibilities.

Adeola has presented at multiple conferences: American Rehabilitation Counseling Association, Florida, University of Lagos, Nigeria, European Branch of American Counseling Association, Naples, Italy, DaVita Dialysis GVRA Representative Presenter, Stone Mountain, Georgia, Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, Resource Fair, Georgia, African Christian Fellowship National Conference, Minnesota and Houston, American Public Health Association, San Diego, California. Adeola Oshinubi has held leadership roles with the African Christian Fellowship USA (ACFUSA). She is currently an Administration and Management committee chairman, working closely with the Executive Director.

Ms. Oshinubi joined IMLAG in 2019 as the Senior Consultant/North America Coordinator, bringing her expertise in leadership, vocational training and development, counseling, program development and management, and motivational speaking. We are thrilled to welcome her to the IMLAG team.
