Dr. Olu O. Oshinubi

Dr. Olu O. Oshinubi is the founder of IMLAG - Impact Management and Leadership Group, LLC based in Auburn, Georgia, USA – a global organization he founded to assist businesses and non-profit organizations in developing and training their people in management and leadership skills while maximizing their personal and leadership potentials. He is passionate about leadership and helping people grow in their personal and spiritual lives. Dr. Oshinubi partnered with EQUIP – a Dr. John C Maxwell’s organization, as an associate trainer, training church leaders, business and civic leaders all around the world.

Born in Lagos, Nigeria to a devoted Christian family, Dr. Oshinubi quest for helping individuals reach their God-given potential began from an early age. He was educated in Nigeria, and the United States of America. He earned his Architecture degree from the University of Detroit, Master of Science Degree in Urban Studies, Planning, and Economic Development from Georgia State University and Doctorate in Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Oshinubi’s previous experience is a Senior Project Executive/Director with an International company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia that specializes in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Sustainability Design, and Program Management. As a Project Executive, he is responsible for leading teams of professionals and consultants in executing design projects. Some of the projects range in construction cost from $2 Million - $1.5 Billion. He has over 30 years of managerial and leadership experience.

Dr. Oshinubi began his ministerial work in 1995 in Atlanta, Georgia at Christ Apostolic Church and served in the role of deacon/associate pastor for 5 years. Just a year into his ministerial role, he felt a calling to personal evangelism and began to expand his ministry and speaking engagements outside of his immediate congregation. He was instrumental in organizing leadership and life enriching conferences in the Atlanta parish and throughout other regions of the United States. In 2003, he became aware of the dire need for effective leadership in churches and organizations – and this prompted him to begin his doctoral journey in organizational leadership.

Dr. Oshinubi currently is an active member of Victory World Church in Norcross, Georgia – a church that is committed to impacting nations, restoring families, reconciling cultures, and reaching its community for Christ. This is evident in the upward of 100 nations’ membership. He currently serves as an Associate Pastor and leadership training and development. He has taught leadership principles to church leaders and workers, private and public organization executives and staffs all around the globe. He is also involved in community development projects around the world lending his Architectural Design and Construction expertise to missionaries. He sits on various non-profit organizations board of directors and trustees, lending his expertise to those organizations.

The father of three beautiful children, Dr. Oshinubi, and his wife live in Auburn, Georgia – a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia.
